Position :
1. GENERAL MANAGER OPERATION FOOD & BEVERAGE
- JOB PURPOSE : To coordinate & supervise all aspects of food & beverage outlets, while maintaining revenue, high quality products, service levels & a profitable operations.
- REQUIREMENTS : Degree on Hotel Management at a reputable university.
- KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS : Excellent communication skills, leadership & team management skills. F & B Operations, F & B Knowledge, Operation Management Skills, Financial Management Skills, Marketing, Basic Computer & English Proficiency. The candidate must have ability to work under pressure.
- EXPERIENCE : 2 years in relevant supervisory or management experience in F & B retail operations, sales promotion activities.
2. EXECUTIVE CHEF
- JOB PURPOSE : To create healthy & cost effective menus with a highly detailed recipe and provide them to customers with excellent quality that served on schedule by managing the kitchen and kitchen staffs.
- REQUIREMENTS : Certification on Reputable Culinary School.
- KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS : Creativity & the abillity to bring a meal together quickly & elegantly, Knowledge of Food & Hygiene Regulations (HACCP), Ability to keep food cost within budget, control stock levels & minimize waste, Culinary Arts, Personnel Management, Knowledge of Food Cost & Inventory Management, Ability to forecast inventory & staffing needs, Ability to build effective team, Basic Computer & English Proficiency. The candidates must have the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
- EXPERIENCE : Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in culinary world & commercial cooking.
- JOB PURPOSE : To oversees all aspects of Property Management in accordance with Our Company Strategy, including maximization of financial performance, tenant & customer satisfaction & staff development within established quality standards.
- REQUIREMENTS : Degree on any disciplines at a reputable university.

- EXPERIENCE : 5 years managerial position in commercial building.
- JOB PURPOSE : To manage Company’s tangible & intangible assets, oversees the procurement processes (including bidding processes & contractual agreements with third party), follow-up the general affairs budget & providing support for employees so that they can carry out their tasks normally.
- REQUIREMENTS : Degree on any disciplines at a reputable university, business administarion & management preferred.
