Responsibilities:

• Create organization development system, report to board director

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Maximum age 27 years old
• Bachelor Degree from Reputable University Majoring Industrial Engineering with GPA min 2,75
• Having good analytical thinking, communication, leadership and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English oral or written
• Highly motivated
• Fresh graduates are encourage to applly
• Would be placed in Cikarang, Batam and Banjarmasin
