Title : HRIS Specialist

Department : HRGA

Description :

develop & maintain HRIS, maintain and update employee database, analyze report of employee database, make regular report in weekly and monthly basis

• Female, age max. 35 years old
• Graduated from Diploma/Bachelor degree major IT or any, from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00
• Must be having experience in handling HR Information System (HRIS) at least for 2 years (preferable from FMCG Company)
• Excellent in data processing using microsoft excell for Pivot Table & Vlook Up
• Computer literacy: Word, Power Point, HR system (ex. Pro Int, SAP, Orange, Sunfish etc)
• Good command in English both spoken and written
• Able to work in a team, under pressure situation, and available to work overtime
• Willing to be placed in Cibitung – Bekasi
