HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR

Job Description  
• Primary HR contact for in-country designated business lines.

• Ensure alignment of HR operations and activities with company’s strategic goals, by working with global, regional and in-country HR Management.

• HR related activities associated with ‘day-to-day’ business operational needs that includes: staffing and development, policy communication and stewardship, workforce relations, case management, coordination of HR services support, etc.

• Development and implementation of HR strategies, that includes: People Strategy, staffing plan, succession and development, organization alignment, work environment, labor/industrial relations, compensation and policy, etc.

• Organization Effectiveness and Change Management activities in supporting to designated business line with interventions designed and implemented to enhance the business competitiveness, that includes: team effectiveness, training, etc.

• HR related external relations

Requirements of Candidate   
 • Bachelor ‘s or Master’s degree, with minimum 5-10 years of broad based business.

• Leadership experience and external relations responsibilities are an advantage.

• Ability to engage people and establish / maintain productive working relationship.

• Good written and verbal English skills.

• Possess strong organizational skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Solid negotiating / influencing skills.

• Strong business knowledge.
